Now, should you like to make another member of your team an admin, please follow these steps:
1) Log in to https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin.2) Click the gear to the right of the member you'd like to add as an admin and select "Add admin permissions" from the menu.

You didn't answer the question. That link takes me to something to buy Dropbox for business. It doesn't show how to find the Admin Console.
