How to register a webhook programmatically ?

As per my requirement I need to register a webhook programmatically instead of setting it through app console as mentioned in docs. Have I missed it somewhere ?

Dropbox doesn't offer a way to programmatically register webhook URIs, but I'll be sure to pass this along as a feature request.
