Can I deep-link from my app to Dropbox to play an offline video without Internet?

I have a video that is saved offline and I was wondering if I can deep-link to it from my app when I am not online?

No, the Dropbox API doesn't offer deep-linking like this, but I'll be sure to pass this along as a feature request.
