Team Folders and Shared Folder Rules

Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me. Is there any documentation around the rules for Team folders and shared folders?

Some observations I have made looking at the API Explorer but is kind of tricky

1. You can't create shared folder with a folder that has already been shared
2. If I have created a shared folder and shared it with another team member. Any files they uploaded they will lose ownership of these folders ie tag:owner
3. Team folders will have the same Id across everyone's Dropboxs but if I created a shared folder this id will be different in each users dropbox.

As you can imagine its bit of headache and there could be plenty more cases which I have not come across.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
