Hello ladies and gentleman, i want to develop a small app for my friend. With the app my friend want to generate a CSV-File and later he want provide for others. My idea was it to upload it to a dropbox-account.

Is it possible to save files to dropbox without to create an App in dropbox? I just want to link the file to the installed dropbox-app in IOS.

Exactly that way of "save to dropbox":

Are they use a created dropbox developer app, too? Or is it possible to save data just by using the installed IOS-Dropbox-App?

Yes, the functionality in your screenshot is an extension provided by the official Dropbox for iOS app. You can display that sheet using UIActivityViewController, without registering an app for the Dropbox API.
