Are you using an app with "app folder" permission? If so, I think this is a known issue that we're working on.

Any ETA on a fix for this? It seems Move and Copy are both broken in API v2 when using App folders.

Michael, it sounds like you're seeing an error when trying to authorize your app on an account? This thread was about an error when using the /files/move endpoint in particular. Please open a new thread or open an API ticket with the details of the issue you're seeing so we can look into it.
Okay Sorry about that, This is the CLOSEST I've gotten to getting this working, SO I decedied to Search the API Verification 500 Error, I'll Send In an API Ticket.
