Appreciate but i have a lot of files and folders. and this is not showing what's inside folders. only whats in the root directory. I tried the mcp on claude or codex, and it hella slow. Tried to make my own app but hella slow. I just want to see if i can clean some dupe files or unused big files

You can check file and folder sizes directly on the Dropbox website without downloading your files. Specifically, you can follow the steps mentioned here to view the size of a file or folder.
You also mentioned wanting to find and manage duplicate files, and we actually have a feature for that! It lets you easily spot and track down those files, so you can clear up space, stay clutter-free, and get the most out of your storage.

Thanks @Megan It is not easy. Maybe you can get to devs to make something more easy to use. Duplicate files thing wont let me select mulitples duplicates at one, i need to check each one of them > fastidious For the size of folder it works only if you have no sub folders. annoying :(
