Quicken coupon doesn't apply and it says it's been used.

Question

I have a coupon code for 5GB of addtional stroage. I attempt to use the code in my account and it says "Coupon already used".

I contact Quicken, they insist over and over this is a Dropbox issue and that they do not generate the codes.

Who is actually going to help with this??
