I need a record of a folder that was shared and revoked (several times). How would I go about obtaining that.

Could you share a bit more about exactly what you're looking for? Are you just searching for the folder's name, or something different? Have you checked the 'Sharing' tab and is the folder currently shared with you?
Also, please check your events page and let me know if you see your folder listed there.

No I need the date/times it was shared/removed from sharing with me. And no its no longer shared with me.

There's no official way to check the exact date and time the folder was shared with you. However, I suggest searching for the initial email invite you received asking you to first join.
As for when it was removed, you can check your events page. Keep in mind that your events page might not show any results if you were removed a long time ago. If you need further help, please let me know!
