Need to recover access to Dropbox account with an email I no longer have access to

Hi there,

I am trying to regain access to my longtime Dropbox account after not logging in for a while, and it's asking me to complete 2FA by entering the code sent to my email.

Problem is, I no longer have access to that email address as I signed up with my university domain, and have since graduated. It turns out my university deleted my email account entirely without warning, and have told me they're unable to help me regain access as the account cannot be reactivated for alumni.

I know the email and password to access my Dropbox, but cannot gain access to the code. I tried filling out the recovery form but my memory isn't the sharpest and it's not detecting any matches.

Can anyone advice how to proceed? There are extremely valuable personal photos in that drive, especially of my late grandma who passed a year ago, and it would mean the world to regain access to them.

In that case, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team from an incognito window where you're not signed into any Dropbox account from this page directly @Dougdougdougdougto.
