I am writing on behalf of my company based in Malaysia. We are currently utilizing a Dropbox business subscription and require the 2026 Certificate of Tax Residence (COR) / Fiscal Residency Certificate for Dropbox International Unlimited Company (Ireland).

Our local tax authority, the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), requires this official document to process our corporate accounts and verify tax residency status regarding withholding tax exemptions under the Malaysia-Ireland Double Taxation Agreement.

Could a Dropbox support agent or community moderator please assist us in obtaining an official PDF copy of the 2026 Certificate of Tax Residence?
