Hello,
I would like to request a manual review of three referral bonuses that were marked as ineligible.
The referred accounts are:
All three accounts were created through my Dropbox referral link.
Each account used a different email address and was installed on a different computer.
One of these referrals was completed on a brand-new MacBook that had never used Dropbox before.
For each referral:
- A new Dropbox account was created.
- Dropbox Desktop was installed and configured.
- The user signed in successfully.
- Shared folders were accepted and are actively being used.
Despite completing the referral process correctly, all three referrals were marked as "Ineligible".
Could a Dropbox moderator please review these referrals manually and explain why they were rejected?
The three referred users are currently active Dropbox users and are using shared Dropbox folders for real work purposes.
