I don't share much very often, and this was quite a surprise!

I have no idea what content has caused this, how can this be fixed ? You don't give me any option to contact support, so all I can do is whinge about it in public on this forum.

What has violated Dropbox's Terms of Service ?
How can I correct this ?
If I can't correct this, who can ?

I received the message "We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement." and have no idea why?
I am not sure what the actual violation is in relation too? Don’t know how to find our

I tried to share a folder like I always have done for years now, and I received this message- We’ve interrupted your sharing activity. For details or to contact support, read our help center article. So then I tried to copy the link and paste it in an email to send, it reads "dropbox error". I've tried this on the mobile app and desktop (on a Mac).

Everything seems fine on my end. Plenty of room in my dropbox. So confused! Thank you in advance.

Hello, I have had issues with sharing folders for several days but I can't find an email telling me what might be the offending file for the phising notification. Is someone able to help me find the offending file so I can deal with it and resume sharing folders on dropbox? I have checked my email and spam folder and have not found any messages about a phishing file same thing in my dropbox notifications.

I continually get a message that "the link is not copied".

I get additional messages like it may contain malware, phishing or copyrighted.

I have been creating these weekly libraries and sharing the links for 6-years now internally. This problem has just arisen in the past three weeks and has been consistent.

I am having to go online, locating the folders and using the URLs.

Has something changed on Dropboxes' end?

Is there some way for me to correct this?

Based on what you described it sounds like access to your sharing was paused on your account. Is this the first time it happens?

Have you checked this article to see if any of the files you're trying to share, or have already shared, breaches the Terms of Service? You can also take a look here for more info.

In any case I just created a ticket on my end for you, in order for us to investigate further.

I'm not seeing any issues as described in the article links sent. And it's been happening with successive folders over the last three weeks or so.

All .pdfs, all links eliminated, just in case.

Consistent behavior for all new document folders.

My distribution is three times a week. Each folder is created for 7-8 people in marketing. All my folders are fully shared with the marketing department. View rights only.

There are 24 people in the marketing department. A subset of users is 16 and many of them are identified directly though most do not interact with the content.
