How can I make sure I stop being charged for another Dropbox account I can't access?

My credit card has been charged every month for 2 years for someone else's subscription that I don't have access to. Support has been useless in helping me as they just closed my ticket instead of responding. How can I get this account closed or my card removed from their account?

Deleting a Dropbox account is an action that can only be taken by its owner, meaning the person who can access the account with their credentials (email address & password).

However, our support agent may be able to help you with the removal of your payment method from that Dropbox account (this is something that they'll need to check via your ticket and advise accordingly). Since this is the forum, and we don’t have any account visibility here, I’m afraid there are is no action I can take on my end unfortunately.

How can I delete the account if it's not my account? I just don't want my card to be used for someone else's account and it's been 2 years of monthly payments taken from me for someone else's use. This is extremely unacceptable.
