I cancelled my subscription to Dropbox at the beginning of the month and I've been charged again! Is there a number to call to talk to someone about this ?

Can you please clarify what your account's settings page is showing in regards to your current Dropbox plan?
Also, how did you upgrade in the first place? Was it via the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
Do you happen to have more than one Dropbox account perhaps?
