I had 12GB and suddenly I'm down to 2GB. Where are my referrals?

I had enough space, but there were some issues with sync and deleting files, so I rewinded. A couple of days later i find my 12+ Gb are down to original 2gb. It is not an issue of a 12 or 24 month promotion expiring or cancelling products, they were 12 gb from ten years ago and now it does not sync

Thanks, I don´t see any referrals in my account.I was part of a trial back in 2021. Last week I tried to be back on a trial, and was rejected because of my previuos enrollment, and was able to use the rewind feature for some mess IA caused. There was a problem with permits and acceses, I don´t know how I solved it. But now I am back to original 2 Gb and exceed six times my quota. While I was trying I was offered a $1,99 or €1,99 plan that I cannot find again to contract
