Not receiving confirmation emails, after uploading files

Question

Hi I see that someone has flagged this too -  The same thing has happened to me: I have not been receiving email notifications since the 7th April…

My industry uses dropbox daily to share files - I now I feel lost?

I have checked my spam, they are not there.  I don't believe I have unsubscribed, if I have would I resubscribe again??

_ _ Would it be a setting, or a change on the senders side?? Has anything changed on their side?

Yes, the email does have an active account.

Since you're not logged into a Dropbox account, does the email address you use have an active Dropbox account attached to it?

No, not working. I've just uploaded a tape.. again no reciept.

For Context - I am not logged into my Dropbox account.

It's a straight upload into our Client's DROPBOX (as the USER, I am not signed in)
