I used to get emails every time after I uploaded a file to the request and now I do not. has something changed? I have the basic plan.

To be honest, there's no change in how this works and I just tested it on my end and I did receive an email notification.
Is it possible that at some point you unsubscribed from those emails? Or perhaps they're going to your spam?

Hi - the same thing has happened to me: I have not been recieving email notifications since the 7th April… my industry uses dropbox daily to share files - I now I feel lost? I have checked my spam, they are not there.
How would I resubscribe again??

Our customers (over 300 customers) - send us dropbox links to upload files to
We upload the files… enter our name / email address - I wait for the confirmation
And now… NOTHING?!?!?!
