I am locked out of my Dropbox account (email: ;;guide1[Removed as per Community Guidelines]

I know my password, but Dropbox is asking for a 6-digit verification code sent to my email, and I no longer have access to that email.
I recently changed my device (moved from old phone to new iQOO device), and I reset the old device. I am no longer logged in anywhere.
My phone number is the same, but I cannot receive the verification through email.
This account contains important personal data, and I have been using it regularly before this issue.
Please help me recover access or provide an alternative verification method.
