I don't have any files in my Dropbox account

OK. so the firewall i am stuck behind for work (DOD) rejects dropbox emails. So i get a look at my spam and it's 2gb of crap and several notifications from dropbox. so i go into my account and there is nothing there. one empty file. so i tried to get a phone # . nope. too lazy to answer the phone

Are you missing files from your Dropbox account? Do you see any of the files on the events page or the deleted files page?

Are you contacting us regarding the number of emails you've received from Dropbox?

No. the amount of emails is fine. so i pay $11 and change a month for a service. apparently for $11 a month, i gt 2gb of storage on the glorious dropbox. so then you all notified me last week that i am somehow using 8802% of my 2gb... that's 176gb. but here's the kicker. there is nothing in my account. just an empty folder. nothing under deleted by anbody and no activity at all that i can find. go and have a look for yourself and get back to me on that. i'm patient, to a point.

If you're paying for a subscription, but you've only got 2 GB of quota on your account, then it sounds like you have another Dropbox account under another email address, since the Basic plan only has 2 GB.

As you received an email about this, can you double-check the exact email address that message was sent to, to ensure you're signed into the correct account?

If you can't find the email address, could you try to search for your other Dropbox account by using the card lookup tool?
