One of the reasons a referral might appear as ineligible on the Dropbox site is because the user attempted to activate the referral from the same network as yours. Could this be the case?

Yes, some of them might be using the same network but I don't understand why this could be an issue. They're using their own computers and at the moment they installed dropbox they were using the same network as me...
They have to unistall dropbox and install it again when they arrive home?

Hi @daniclroses, as the referrals are already marked as ineligible, then it wouldn't be possible to re-use them if they install the Dropbox desktop application on their home networks.
In general, we would recommend that users activate referrals from a different network as the sender, in order to prevent this from occurring.

I have the same problem with Ineligible referrals.
Later i found a notification that it was because i sent referrals email while we were on the same internet network. On work i used a lot of PCs (showroom, lab, copy,..) and it's useful for me to have Dropbox on that devices, so I sent them referrals when I already maintain them.
Then try to sent refferal (home, on brother laptop) with mobile internet, and accept on laptop with VPN, and the same status = ineligible.
