Bluebeam PDF showing unwanted NOTE popups in app.

Afternoon.

I'm having an issue reading bluebeam Revu PDF with the mobile dropbox app. Opening the pdf using web browser on the cell phone (iphone) or even opening it on desktop app there is no issue, but opening PDF in the mobile dropbox app itself creates yellow Note popups all over the print. I've attached a few pictures for reference.

I did find a previous thread about this that said it was corrected for AUTOCAD pdf, but have not found a solution for this.

Hi there @BillGr, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please let us know if this happens with one specific file or if it's affecting all of your bluebeam Revu PDF files? What is your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there?

Have you tried clearing the app's cache since you first noticed this?

I tried clearing the apps cache just now as you suggested with no change.

This is happening with all Bluebeam Revu files I've tried. Again it's only on the dropbox app. If I open dropbox in my safari browser it loads fine.

One other thing I've noticed is that it is any measurements I add to the PDF. For some reason dropbox is adding a NOTE right above the measurements.

The note is also interactable, you can click it and it shows the author & the measurement #.

IOS version : 16.4.1 (A co-worker with a newer iPhone also experienced the same issue, not sure his ISO version)

Dropbox app version : 326.2.2

Hey @BillGr, can you please send us a screenshot of what you see when you tap on this note icon?

It sounds like it's the comment icon, showing you the comments made on the file by you or other users accessing this file, could that be the case?

It is indeed a note icon. When i tap it brings up an interactable note. These show up everywhere i create a measurement in Revu Bluebeam.

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the app integration through your Apps tab?
