When did you cancel your auto-renewal? Have you previously spoken to customer support about processing a refund?

If you'd done that in time you would not have been charged. Dropbox doesnt charge and then refund.

Where did you see that you'd get a refund as Dropbox payments are not usually refundable unless legally required - which is why you get many months notice.
