All my files and subscription information has vanished and Dropbox keeps asking me to subscribe like a new user. I've used it for years...Can anyone help me get back to my account please?

Is it possible that you haven't accessed your account in a long time?
If I were you, I'd also check to make sure I don't have two Dropbox accounts. You also mentioned you had an active subscription, right?
If that's the case, and since you were using a paid plan, you might want to use our self-serve look up tool in order to locate the email address linked to your Dropbox account.
Do you have any linked devices that you can check in order to see if your account is still connected to them?
