I’m writing to ask for help regarding the Dropbox referral program.
I invited several of my company colleagues using my referral links, and each of them successfully:
Registered a new Dropbox account via my link;
Verified their email addresses;
Installed and logged into the Dropbox desktop application.
However, my referral page shows these invitations as Ineligible.
We all work in the same company and use the same office Wi-Fi network, but each person has their own device and unique email address.
Could you please check if our same-network environment might have caused the system to flag the referrals incorrectly?
