I am missing two years of files and pics. Also i am using less storage than it shows that i have, dropbox continues to notify me that i amĀ out of storage. does anyone know why this could happen?

Sorry to hear about your files missing; when was the last time you could access them in your account?
Is it possible that you have two different accounts and the files are stored on the other one?
As for your space usage, can you send us a screenshot of what you see here?
