Hi,
I am trialling Dropbox and trying to use it with Cloud Duplicate Finder (CDF) on my iPad (via Chrome). Unfortunately, the integration is stuck in a loop.
Steps I’ve tried:
- Clearing Chrome cookies & site data.
- Signing out and back into both Dropbox and CDF.
- Pressing “Add New Drive → Dropbox” inside CDF.
What happens:
- CDF shows a grey “Dropbox” box but never expands into my folders.
- Each refresh just re-loads the same grey entry instead of opening the Dropbox permission popup.
- I can’t access or select any folders to scan.
Expected:
Dropbox should trigger the login/permission popup, then allow CDF to show the folder tree.
This feels like a Dropbox ↔ CDF OAuth connection issue on iPad. Could a Dropbox moderator confirm if this is known, and if there’s a fix or workaround?
