Camera uploads renamed all files to HH:MM:SS format omitting the date

Hello,

Suddenly today most (except a couple?) of my files in Camera Uploads folder got renamed to just HH:MM:SS removing the date whatsover from the filename. This included not only latest files but also older ones that were in this folder for long time.

Not sure what triggered this action, but I can see all of those were renamed today ~20:54 which coincidentally is when I opened Dropbox app on my phone.:

I'm using iOS app to sync my photos for years and it was working flawlessly from two separate iPhones. App version is 434.3.2

Assuming bug?

Can you please let me know if you happen to have set an automation or a naming convention on your Camera Uploads folder in the past and how those changes are reflected in your events page?

Any additional information is more than welcome!

no automation configured
no naming convention configured
nothing in Events regarding reconfiguring of Camera Uploads during that time

Not sure what else can I provide as this seemed totally external

Hi @pawelt, currently, there aren't any changes to how camera uploads are saved on your account.

Have you been able to reverse these changes to your filenames?
