Hi,
Interesting.
We have a Dropbox Standard package for our company. I'd like to share a project folder and its content with a client and that he can synchronize on his computer (in Windows). Is this possible with a shared link?
Regards,
Hey, @mdemers, let's jump right into this!
When you're sharing a link, your client should be able to download the folder locally on their device.
However, the content wouldn't sync between accounts. It would essentially be an individual folder inside their Dropbox.
In order to achieve what you want, you might want to consider a shared folder instead.
Keep in mind that the user would need a Dropbox account, and enough storage to host the folder.
If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.
Ok, thanks Megan.
Any time @mdemers! 😇
