All Dropbox Paper docs disappeared

I need immediate help! All of my Dropbox Paper documents are completely gone — missing without any trace!This is an urgent situation that is severely impacting my work. I have checked multiple devices — everything is gone.

I rely heavily on these documents for critical work.

Please escalate this issue to your highest support level and respond ASAP. I need to know:

What happened to my Paper docs?
How can I recover them immediately?
What steps are being taken to prevent this from happening again?

This is critical and time-sensitive. Please reply urgently!

Hey @Sarawut Burapapat - thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It sounds like you might have been recently migrated to the 2020 release of Dropbox Paper. Could you search your account for a folder called "Migrated Paper Docs" and let me know what you find?

As for missing Paper docs or files in the future, note that you can take a look at your events page to see what might have happened and for more info, if needed.
