Is Dropbox paper down? I have a dozen of papers and they are all gone.
Can you navigate your account and let me know if you can find a folder called "Migrated Paper Docs" perhaps @juchiast?

I just gave it a go and I was able to use Dropbox Paper just fine. Can you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let me know if you get the same results?
If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the exact error or the last page you can get to.
As for your missing Paper docs, are you able to search for them to see if you can find them on your account? Do you maybe see them in your deleted files page or the events page by any chance?

Hello, searching helped, I was able to load 1 paper and they are visible from then on. Tried different browser but same result.
Sometime it shows this 500 error
Events and deleted files page show some papers that I tried to make and then delete after encountering this issue, old papers are not there.
There are several 503 error at URLs such as https://www.dropbox.com/paper/starred?role=personal
Yes, I see a Migrated Paper Docs folder with my old papers. What do I do with it.
Can you find your Dropbox Paper docs there @juchiast?
Also, have you tried navigating to your Paper area by clicking on the dotted icon in the upper right corner of your page and then on the Paper option? Do you see them there?

I am having the same exact issue. I use Paper daily and this has been an extreme setback. I'm currently looking for an alternative before by renewal date this month because this is unacceptable. Even more so when they try to act as if we can't read the name of a folder to know it's not there or the documents.
May I get some assistance with this Paper issue? I have been in contact with several support staff, an escalated ticket that has still gone unanswered, and multiple screen recordings to prove that every recommended solution was a dead link. It's going on a week and I'm having a hard time with the transition that was supposed to only last 15 minutes. My day-to-day operations were centered around papers and now I'm missing over 50 documents/templates. Now I am vetting other software in case such events take place again.

I guess I have a similar or even the same issue. I'm using Dropbox Paper since several years and it is my favorite app for storing a variety of notes, recipes, etc.
Since some days/weeks I lost the folder structure and direct access to all my paper documents inside the iOS App but also via the web interface in https://www.dropbox.com/paper/home:
My previous "setup" was containing a complete folder structure of all my notes. The full list and folder structure is still visible through the dropbox web interface (https://www.dropbox.com/home/Migrierte Paper-Dokumente) but not anymore in the iOS App and Paper Webinterface:

Same. Only ALL of my files are missing and I have no idea where they went
I'm getting this as well. Very annoying that there has been no email or announcement to users. Now I see in drobox a migrated paper folder without any notice.
What does www.dropbox.com/events show?
Mine shows a bunch of folders that were in Paper newly created by me at a time I wasn't even logged in. Now I see a bunch of my files have been migrated over to Dropbox in a folder that says migrated paper
Dropbox is busy moving everybody to Paper 2020 (yes, you read that right, its 5 years late). They are emailing people before they do it so you may have missed it/its ended up in Junk, however, it means you can now move the Paper files to any folder or location you want

You mean moving from paper to dropbox? Because everything in paper is what's missing on my end. I checked my email junk and promotions folders and didn't receive any notice about this change from Dropbox. I'm also uncertain everything was moved from paper and am working through files as we speak.
I can't even download the android app.
