I have all the video files I need for the blog and all the other important stuff - gone!
And the worst is you cannot have a live person talking to you.

I can't see anything on the deleted page since they reverted the account to basic plan. I have a paid subscription of 2 terabytes.
Are you certain that you're logged into the same account?
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
No nothing. As I mentioned, it was reverted to my basic free account which I haven't used.
I only use the same email between the free and upgraded account.
If you're not seeing any payments on that page, then it means that this is a different account, as it contains an archive of all payments made to Dropbox.
Could you try locating the account in question using the card lookup tool?
The payment was processed via PayPal through a credit card so locating it using the look up tool doesn't work.

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from. They should be able to assist in locating your Dropbox account.
