If you have another device already connected to the account, check the notifications as it will receive the code as well. Otherwise, refer to the following help article:
Thanks for the reply. I have actually just been able to reaccess my email account but for some reason the code is not being sent to it. Its the exact same email address as before so not sure why it is not coming through. Any suggestions here?

Dear Walter. I have the same problem. I have a DropBox Plus account, but I cannot access the account anymore, because my work email address was deleted, and all email addresses from the organization I worked for, and I cannot get the verification codes anymore to enter my DropBox Plus account. Could you please let me know a phone number or email address I could reach out for help please?

In such cases, you can reach out directly to our support team through this form. Just make sure to use an incognito window where you're not signed into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
In case you come across an issue though, please let us know here and we'll send you an email from our end to investigate.
Dear Walter. Many thanks for your help. I just filled in the form. But I don't understand something. How will the DropBox support team be able to contact me, if in the form I filled in only asks the email address which I used to be able to log in into DropBox and that email address is now deleted? If the support team wants to contact me, they don't have any other email address or phone number to contact me.
