Commercial use of audio streaming on Dropbox, are there any GDPR requirements?

Hello! I have 2 questions:

I sell audiocourses in books and give the users access to the audiofile with a QR Code. After buying the book the user can scan the qr code with his phone and listen to the audios (the audio player directly starts).

1) Is it ok to use dropbox for this function?

2) Is there any data transfer happening from user side, if he access the audio? Does he needs to give permission regarding GDPR?

If you're sharing links to your own content, then there aren't any requirements for GDPR and other policies, provided that your content doesn't breach our acceptable use policy.

Additionally, previewing files on the site via a shared link and downloading shared links will add to your daily bandwidth limit, and could result in your shared links being paused.

There are new security rules in Europe (GPSR). We have to make sure that the user knows all possible risk using our product - in our case a book.

As described we sell our book with QR Codes to AudioFiles hosted on Dropbox. Are there any possible risks I have to mention?

For example: Technical risk: Malware in the file
