If you scroll down in any folder, the 'create folder' option disappears and is no longer available. Every time the UI is changed up it gets worse. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!

Same for me, @estherAL. Would be great if that upper section with the "Create Folder" would stay in place while scrolling.
