It was working fine and now my homepage won't load. Every time I go to click into the file it keeps saying, "something is wrong" and not opening/
Not good when I have a dissertation due next week!!!

@Manuel - is your computer offline or Dropbox only? Is it accessible from another network? 3g/4g on your mobile device for instance?

Web version working. Desktop version still won't sync.
It appears that it is up on dropbox.com. App support is still down as both my PCs are stuck in 'conecting' on the app and my phone, which wa slogged in the whole time, is still OK. New connections are not able to be established through apps at this moment, though since the core is back up the rest should be soon.
Peter - cannot promise it, but, maybe try a pause/unpause of client.

In Vancouver, BC, struggling for last hour to access my files. Icon greyed out, endlessly greying to connect. After A LONG wait, I finally gained online access to my account, and then waited longer for the files to show. My first-ever problem after several years with Dropbox, but definitely unnerving when so much important material -- including a book MS! -- is on there. Some form of email notification from Dropbox would be a big help at such times. Still waiting for the desktop icon to revive itself.

Still not working for me. I uninstalled Dropbox (when I didn't know it was a server problem) but now I can't reinstall it. The Installer is unable to connect.
Two out of three options are working - web, laptop are both fine. My PC, however, is still struggling to connect, but since I last used the file I need on the laptop, I'm good for now.
Trouble is Mark the app cannot even connect to Dropbox so you can't refresh it (ie pause or unpause). It's locked.
It's up and running again.
the website works... but both my computers can't log in, and so can't my android phone. Tried reinstalling and whatever and doing everything possible. Can't believe i am paying for this service.
Fix slowly makes me upset for the safety.

It looks like I'm back up here in Iowa, USA.
I'm all sorted now, took about 30 mins to sync 19 files on desktop and now receiving shared files and updates. hope everyone else get sorted soon.
I just created a simple word doc and uploaded immediately so guess we are back all working
IOS dropbox still does not work.
I've just completed syncing on my PC app. The site was down about 2 hours - could have been a lot worse.

I am not going to get into an argument with someone who doesn't know the concept of a community helping each other, so this is my last post to you. I will continue posting to help those who appreciate help from others.
