How do I delete Backup?

Please I hope someone can tell me how to delete the Back Up file on my basic account.  I only have 3 files with a minimum amount of information in them, but it's the Back up folder that is the reason for me being over my Storage.  But the "live Chat" doesn't help.

Please advise?

Have you tried following these steps mentioned at our Help Center, in order to delete your account's Backup?
