We recently discovered that dropbox will automatically transcribe audio files - we have some qualitative research interview audio data stored securely in dropbox through our business account. While we'd like to assume that this is a feature dropbox offers directly, I can't find FAQs about this. But is this transcription within the dropbox application or is there third-party involvement? If so, what is the platform doing the transcription?
