It was working fine and now my homepage won't load. Every time I go to click into the file it keeps saying, "something is wrong" and not opening/

@Manuel - is your computer offline or Dropbox only? Is it accessible from another network? 3g/4g on your mobile device for instance?

I am in Romania, I get the error 500 today. I saw that my dropbox folder from laptop can not connect to dropbox site ... I went there... and I could not acces my dropbox account... First it said that seem to enter... automatical.. and after I get the error 500....
What is this error 500 and how do you fix it. I can't access anything.
And it is down again! Tell me how can I take Dropbox seriously as a partner. It is not free and is supposed to be reliable or isn't.
Same problem here in Canada. At least it's not just me. That's reassuring.
Obviously Dropbox is having an issue this Sunday a.m. I have computers at home that have remained on and are still accessing account fine. But the church computer can't attach to Dropbox when it tries to load. I also get a message from the web page on the church computer saying that I can't login to Dropbox from that computer because the login "appears to be automated." I'm guessing Dropbox attempted to upgrade software without fully trusting it. Fortunately, I used GOTOMYPC to transfer files manually, but I will be grateful when Dropbox comes back online. Hoepfully, this is an isolated incident. However, Box also has a good solution and it comes with greater data security. So if I keep having problems....

Seems DropBox has the same problem as Wednesday, currently not syncing and I am trying to send a client photographs!

you would think that a paying customer would have support when dropbox goes down...apparently not.

11 AM in NYC. No dropbox access from web or desktop or apps. Error 500. "Something went wrong". Hope there is no data loss!

I should have read this thread because for an hour or more I've been unable to connect my dropbox, so I rebooted my computer and still not connecting,. Then I uninstalled Dropbox but now I can't reinstall because the website gives me Error 500.
Nobody of Dropbox assistance who gives news, hour of restoration and apologies for annoyance! Very bad service indeed. I'll take it into account.
