I Deleted files from my recents not realizing it deleted folders in my drop box too, I emptied the trash, Is there any way to get these files restored

You emptied the trash on your computer, or did you remove the items from your Deleted Files in Dropbox? If you removed them from Deleted File, then you've permanently deleted them and they cannot be restored.

If you didn't delete the items from your Deleted Files page on Dropbox, then you should be able to recover them if they were deleted within your recovery window (30 or 180 days, depending on the plan you're on).
