I have not been able to receive verification email or password reset email.
I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my google contacts account.
I've checked my spam folder.
I've verified my address is correct.
Please do help me sort this out

I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my personal yahoo contacts account.
I have tried on a different browser and incognito.

Can you confirm the account type please? Was it Hotmail, Google etc as I don't appear to have received any messages.

I am also having problems receiving the verification email to my business email address which was working fine until 25 July, so I have had to use a back up personal address. I also have the problem that I am not receiving any emails from the 'no reply' dropbox email either when I request the verification email or if I share a folder to the my business address. I have definitely entered the address correctly, added the 'no reply' email to my contacts and checked the spam folder but nothing has come through. I am receiving emails from from elsewhere. I'm having a similar issue, where I'm trying to change my email but not receiving the verification email. I've been trying since yesterday, nothing in my spam folder. I can't contact the support team because of my account membership level. Is there any other way to resolve this?

Hi @shafrelk, you can get in contact with our support team directly, by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
