Version 378.1.2 running on Android 9, phone is an Honor Play COR-L29
The app will not launch... any ideas? Are others experiencing issues?

It might sound trivial, but have you tried uninstalling the app temporarily?

Once you do that, please re-start your phone, and then install it again. If you notice the same behavior then, please let me know.

Thanks, I will give that a try, I'm abroad at the moment so I'll have to find a café with decent Wi-Fi to do it. I will let you know though.
