I need to add several disclosure documents to my email signature, obvioulsy I cant add them directly. I have them stored on dropbox. How do I a) link them to the signature, and b) call the link by document title?
Hey @EZTejas, thanks for posting your question to the Dropbox Community.
You can definitely create shared links to your documents, but whether you can add the links to your email signature or not, is not something that's controlled by Dropbox.
Which email service provider are you using? You might want to look into their resources about this.
Also, the links cannot be edited, I'm afraid.
I hope this clarifies things, but let me know if you have any questions.
We're using Outlook, so it should be something alot of people face.

Thanks. When I do this its copy's the entire link info. Example (selected randomly for testing)

How can I retitle the link so it is live and appears as : Desciption of injury?
Hey @EZTejas - sorry to jump in here, but we wouldn't be able to help much with this, since it's more of a Microsoft (Outlook) issue and not Dropbox related.
We'll leave this thread open for any users who might have something additional to offer though.
OK. How about this. When I copy the link for a file into th email, when its opened it reveals the entire folder, as well as others. How can I copy a link to the document and ONLY the document?
As you looking at it as yourself @EZTejas ? If so its possible Dropbox is detecting that you are already logged in and so shows everything. Try looking at the link via an incognito window.
e.g. that link you posted above when I access it appears as just a single document
Thought about that and sent to my wife. Same result.

Its possible you are logged in.
The link you sent for the document above only opens as a file. So it is externally going out as a document only. As long as you are doing the link in the same way in the email
Actually it works the opposite way. I can see the doc, but others see the folder. And now the others are being told to sign up for dropbox to see anything.
The problem I ended up with was even I though I made the link for a file, when I opened it, it lead me to the folder. This is not an Outlook issue.
If you'd like to, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance with this @EZTejas - they'll be better equipped to help with account specific information.
Let us know if you have anything else to add in the meantime.
I'm good for now. Used One Drive and it was easy.
