I have not been able to receive verification email or password reset email.
I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my google contacts account.
I've checked my spam folder.
I've verified my address is correct.
Please do help me sort this out

Hello, Are you sure that the email address associated with your Dropbox account is correct?
If it's correct, I suggest contacting your email service provider to troubleshoot further, as some email services have filters that may block certain emails.
or you can reach out to the Dropbox Support team directly for assistance and open a ticket with them.
Hello, when I press the button to send a verification email so I can access shared documents, the email never sends. I have added no-reply@dropbox.com, and have tried on multiple days to get the verification email to send but it just never sends, no matter how many times I try. Does anybody know how to fix this?

I do have access to the email linked to my Dropbox account, I also have checked my spam account and there is no email from Dropbox there.

In the meantime, have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using another browser to request the verification email?
Yes, please go ahead and send me an email; I'm receiving other emails from Dropbox without issue. I have tried both clearing my cache and requesting it via a different browser; no success.

I tried accessing it in incognito mode and was able to get the verification email sent. Thanks for pointing that out.
Having the same trouble. Using a business domain hosted at gmail. no-reply@dropbox.com is in the contacts. The email is not landing in junk mail. We have tried sending the verification email several times.

Could you try another browser to request the verification email and let me know how it goes?
If it doesn't arrive in your inbox and/or the junk/spam folder in a reasonable amount of time, please let us know here and we'll reach out via email to investigate further.
If GMail . . .There is a setting for Advanced Protection on Chrome that is made for blocking phishing - it is also blocking email verification. Try turning that off to receive that email then back on. The problem with this setting is that it doesn't tell us nor the sending company that it isn't getting to us.

I've done both of these options. I also wasn't notified that a folder was shared with me
