Does anyone currently share CD films like MRI's using Drop box? Box uses ambrea.. not sure how this will work with drop box

There shouldn't be any issues with sharing this information, provided your account has enough quota to store them.
Bear in mind that for HIPAA compliance, you need to be on a Dropbox Business team.
