I have been cleaning up my Dropbox files using Windows Explorer. I have 12 individual pdf files that I can not access or delete.

Could you clarify what you mean by this? Are they in the Dropbox folder? Do they have any sync icons on them?
What happens when you attempt to access or delete them?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
