Apparently, this has been rumbling on since 2018 but instead of resolving it Dropbox just locks the threads claiming to have resolved it! If they have I cannot find out how.
I have paid for Dropbox and have shared a folder with a client so they can star or comment on images they wish to select. This remember is MY Dropbox folder in space I have paid Dropbox for. Now I have discovered that none of their comments or stars are available for me to see.
This is completely bonkers. The most obvious reason to star or comment on images in a shared folder is to SHARE that information. Have I got the wrong end of the stick somewhere and missed some obscure menu or button? If the folders are not able to do anything so basic then I am struggling to see a use for Dropbox going forward.
