Cannot See files in my Desktop folder but can see them online

Hello all,

thank you for accepting me into the community and thank you again for taking a look at this problem and helping me with it.

My dropbox had been working fine and i never had issues.

But two week ago i fixed my laptop and then this issue happened.

i can see them on my online dropbox but i can't find them on my computer. Couple of times it synced properly and delete & install again.

i can see several files on online version.

i can not see them on my laptop.

Please help me with this issue.

i've request to access dropbox in my desktop to Techteam in our company.
