A client is having issues uploading files to a shared folder I created. I have a Plus account with 2 TB of storage (163.GB used) and she has a free account. When she tries to use the link I have sent to upload a file, her Dropbox tells her she is out of storage and cannot upload to my shared folder. I have other clients who do not have this issue, whether they have a Dropbox free account.
Appreciate any help!
