Looking for a video or guide to help reorganize a messy dropbox account

I have been using DropBox Plus for many years. Over 10.  For most of that time, I have not thought about it much - it just copies things.  
But the garden that is my Dropbox has become unruly and overgrown.

I have 3 computers with various selective sync settings. Plus I have almost certainly moved stuff around in the dropbox web app and renamed stuff (which I understand does NOT get reflected even in synced folders).

I am looking for a guide on how to unclutter this mess without losing stuff. I can't really start on any of my computers because it's not all synced (so none of the computers has all the files).  Nor can I just delete what's on my computers and organize Dropbox for the opposite reason, Dropbox doesn't know half of what I have going on.

Somehow, I think I am not alone in this.  Unfortunately, my search has turned up nothing. Partly because Google thinks it knows what I want more than I do and no matter how many times I search for "REORGANIZE" Dropbox It will only give me results for "organize" Dropbox. (But that is a whole other topic).

Any links or help would be welcome.

Hi there @rludlow, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

I'm not aware of any video resources that would help, but maybe you could try our automated folders and/or the multi-file organize feature.

Let me know how it goes if you find the chance to give it a go.

PS: As for your selective sync settings, you can always adjust them on your computer through the desktop app's preferences under the sync tab.
